My Journey to Coaching
I guess you could say my coaching journey started early. Moving to Greece at a young age and shifting between homes and cultures taught me to adapt, stay curious, and embrace change. I never wanted to settle, and those experiences of transition shaped how I approach life - and now, coaching.

My journey truly deepened during a major personal and professional turning point. I canceled my wedding...a decision that felt both brave and terrifying - and around the same time, I experienced burnout while navigating the pressures of a new manager and a high-stakes corporate role. Juggling these personal and professional challenges tested my resilience and forced me to confront what truly mattered.

Through these experiences, I learned what it means to step into courage, embrace uncertainty, and reconnect with who I am at my core. I discovered the power of reflection, self-trust, and making choices that honor my values.
This journey of losing myself, facing burnout, and finding my inner strength sparked my passion for coaching. I now guide others through pivotal moments, helping them find clarity, courage, and confidence to create a life that feels authentically theirs.
